This Privacy Policy describes how Nerissa AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your information when you use our anime character chat and role-playing application (the “App”). Nerissa AI is intended strictly for users aged 18 and older.

The App is exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using Nerissa AI you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will delete that information immediately.
